Chapter 5 (part 4)> Hurt...

Minho wipes a few tears that's still on EunShi's cheeks. she's stop crying but she's still sobbing a little bit. he pats her shoulders and her head gently. it's hard seeing a girl crying so hard like that but he tries his best not to make it worse. slowly, she stops sobbing and looks down. she's embarrassed, probably. who wants to cry in front of a classmate in the middle of the night?? it's embarrassing enough to cry, she even soaked his coat with her tears! who can raise their face and says thank you at time like this?? after she stops crying, she blushes. and now her face is so red and that worries Minho...

Minho: Uh, neo, neo gwenchana?
EunShi: (nods but still looks down)
Minho: Uh... (put his hand on her head and rubs it gently)

EunShi is touched by Minho's gentle act. he's really calming and kind. slowly, she raise her head and stares and Minho's wet coat...

EunShi: (takes out her handkerchief) He, here...
Minho: Uh? what for?
EunShi: Ur, ur coat... (blush)
Minho: Uh? ah, gwenchanayo... i'm fine...
EunShi: But...
Minho: It's fine...
EunShi: Uh, ok... (looks down back)
Minho: Um, (rubs his head) i, i think, we should get home now. it's getting late...
EunShi: Huh? uh, ne...
Minho: Can't u stand?
EunShi: (nods)

EunShi tries to stand but her legs are still shaking and she loses her balance. luckily, Minho grabs her fast enough. and now, she's in his arm, again.

Minho: Careful...
EunShi: (let go of his arm) Uh, ne... (blushes)
Minho: Uh, (let go) can u walk? (blush)
EunShi: I, i think so... (tries to walk) um, i can... (looks down)
Minho: (blushes) Good. um, wait up, i'll go take my bike... (walks towards his bike)
EunShi: Ne...

Quickly, EunShi repairs her messy hair and wipes her face. she look pathetic enough, so, it's time to be 'her' back. not the horrible one. at the same time, Minho sends a text message to Ahn Soo telling her that he'd found EunShi and he'll take her home. then, he pushes his bike and asks EunShi...

Minho: Shall we?
EunShi: (nods)

They walk side by side. Minho pushes his bike slowly to keep up with EunShi's speed. she almost tripped a few times but Minho's reflex is just awesome, so, he catches her every time she wobbles. at one point, he accidentally touches her hand. and it was freaking cold..

Minho: Ur, ur hands...
EunShi: Huh?
Minho: Its' cold...
EunShi: Uh, it's ok...
Minho: No! uh, i mean, u'll catch a cold!
EunShi: It's ok... i'm, i'm fine...
Minho: No! uh, (takes of his scarf) her, here... wear it...
EunShi: Ah? but i'm-

Minho wraps his blue black scarf around EunShi's neck and ties it neatly. when he's sure that she's warm enough, he takes her hands and rubs it against his hands...

EunShi: Uh... (blushes) i'm fine...
Minho: This will warm u up... (squeeze her hands)
EunShi: (looks down and blushes more)

Realizing what he's doing, Minho dropped her hands and looks away. he's really embarrassed till he thinks he could die... 'how can i do that?? this is so embarrassing!! i got too carried away!! arghhhh!!' he thought in his mind. his face is now burning and he looks almost like a grilled lobster...

EunShi: Um, i, i think we can go home now...
Minho: (covers his face with one hand) Uh, ne... (pushes his bike)

Now, they're trapped in an awkward situation. both didn't know what to say to each other. Minho's blushing hard, because of what he'd just done, while EunShi is blushing because she can't still forget how awful she looks like when she's crying before. they remains silent like that until they reach the Lee's where Onew, who just got back from the subway right after he got a call from Ahn saying that Minho already found EunShi and will be taking her home.

He walks to and fro while waiting for them. when he sees them, he rushes to the gate and opens it. followed by Ahn who's about to burst into tears...

Onew: (opens the gate) EunShi!!
Ahn: Eun!!
Minho: (parks his bike in front of the gate)
EunShi: (walks slowly) Op, oppa...
Onew: Where have u been??? (mad)
Ahn: Oppa...
Onew: No, (stares at EunShi) Where have u been??
EunShi: (looks down) Um...
Onew: Where?? answer me!
EunShi: (still silent)
Onew: Do u know how worried i am??
EunShi: (low voice) Mian, mianhae...
Onew: Mianhae?? do u think that's enough??
EunShi: (starts to cry) Mianhae... mianhae oppa...
Ahn: Oppa, that's enough...
Onew: No!! she needs to know that what she did was wrong!! now, tell me where have u been!
Ahn: Oppa...
Onew: Answer me, Lee EunShi!!
EunShi: Na, na... (cries)
Onew: (shakes her) I'm asking u, where have u been!! is it so much too ask?? is it so hard to answer???
Ahn: Oppa!
Minho: Sunbae!
Onew: Answer me!!! (shakes her harder)
EunShi: (cries harder)
Onew: Stop crying and answer me!!
Ahn: (pushes Onew away from EunShi) That's enough, oppa!! (cries) enough!
Onew: Uh... (steps back)
Ahn: Can't u wait until she gets in?? do u have to shake her like that?? (cries) come, Eun! (pulls her hands)

Ahn drags EunShi into the house while crying. both of them are crying. leaving Onew who's standing like a stone in the garden. he can't believe what he'd just did. he never feels so mad before. and, he never shakes EunShi like that. if he thinks about it, he never get so angry like that to her. because, she never did anything like this before. regretting what he'd done, he falls on his knee and knocks his head a few times but was stopped by Minho...

Minho: Sunbae...
Onew: Uh... (closes his eyes) what did i do?? why am i like that?? wae?? wae??
Minho: (pats his shoulder) Gwenchana... gwenchana sunbae...
Onew: I never did that before... never... (shakes his head)
Minho: Sunbae...
Onew: Uh... (rubs head)

Minho rubs his head. he did not know what to do. Onew is still on the ground, rubbing his head and regretting what he just did. meanwhile, Ahn and EunShi enters EunShi's room and sit on the floor while crying and hugging each other...

Ahn: Neo, neo gwenchana?? (sobs)
EunShi: (nods)
Ahn: (takes a box of tissue) Here...
EunShi: (takes and gives one to Ahn) U, u need one too...
Ahn: Uh... (takes) we both need it... (wipes her tears) what happen??
EunShi: (wipes her tears but still sobbing) No, nothing...
Ahn: Can't be...
EunShi: Anieyo...
Ahn: U can lie to everyone else... but not me, Eun...
EunShi: Uh... (looks at Ahn) it's over, Ahn, over... (cries)
Ahn: Huh? mwo?? EunShi-ah... (teary eyes) waeyo?? malhaebwa... (cries)
EunShi: Ahn... Ahn... (cries harder) wae?? why all of this happen to me?? wae?? (cries)
Ahn: Eun... (cries and hugs EunShi) wae?? munjega waeyo??
EunShi: He, (sobs) he didn't come... he didn't come at all... he didn't... (sobs)
Ahn: Nugu??
EunShi: He, (hiccups) he... (cries)
Ahn: (pats her shoulder) Uljima... uljimayo....
EunShi: He, how could he??? how could he?? (cries)
Ahn: (cries) Uljima... uljima... (cries)

Both of them cry harder. it's a best friend thing. when one is hurt, the other one felt hurt too. and as for them, Ahn can really feel the pain that EunShi's bear right now. she's hurt badly. and Ahn is hurt as well. that's why, both of them cry together. even though Ahn's weep is not as hard as EunShi's... both of them cry, and cry. not just the two of them who's hurt right now. the other two, outside, one kneeling and one sighing, is hurt as well. and, there's another one. the one that caused the four of them to hurt... it's Kibum...

He's hurt as well. he's still on his knee, crying like a girl, while his hand squeezing the red scarf. the scarf that was left behind by EunShi, who's obviously disappointed and hurt. as the night got deeper, five hearts were hurt. just because of one reason. and it's a promise. just a promise....
