Chapter 4 (part 4)> Stop this!

*Friday, SM High, Class 1-1...

It is the last period of today's homeroom. today, as usual, Kibum and EunShi had their fight over everything. but, EunShi didn't really hyper up as yesterday during their fight. but Kibum seems to been so energetic to start a fight at even the smallest thing. all the teachers that enter Class 1-1 today left the class with a heavy sigh and massive headache because of them. the last subject of the day is Korean Literature. and, since the teacher is absent, the students are allowed to do their own thing. so, as usual, Kibum's 'courtesans' will flock around him. Minho, as usual too, sleeps while EunShi stares outside with her ring in her palm while listening to her Ipod...

Soojung: Ne, Kibummie, what club did u join??
Suzy: Yeah! what? what?
Kibum: Na? i join the (higher voice) basketball club...
Soojung: Basketball? ah, so cool!!! u must be a good player eh?
Kibum: (smirks) Kinda...
Suzy: I used to see u in sports magazine before!! u're really great!
Soojung: Jeongmal?? omo!! Kibum u're so cool!
Kibum: Hahaha.. it's nothing.... (looks at EunShi)
Soojung: Hmmm? what're u looking at?
Suzy: Kibummie?
Kibum: Huh? mwo?
Soojung: What're u looking at?
Kibum: Uh, nothi- nothing... um, i think i'm gonna finish my homework... why don't u guys go back to ur places huh?
Soojung: Homework? Kibum, we don't have homework today...
Suzy: Yeah...
Kibum: Huh? uh, then, i'm gonna read something... can i have some peace please? (prince-like smile)
Soojung: Huh? (captivated by his smile) ok then, Kibummie... (smiles)
Suzy: We'll go home together today eh?
Kibum: (nods) Ne... (opens a book)

Soojung and Suzy went back to their seats while chatting with each other. they're kinda feel weird about Kibum but they didn't want to think so much about that. while Kibum, who's only pretending to read, take a glimpse at EunShi and then back to his book. then, he sees something at her hands at stares at it. trying to figure out what is it. it is a necklace. but, she's playing with the necklace's charm. he stares at it more and then he sees that it is a ring. satisfied, he look back at his book.

Just then, he remembers something. his head flew back to the December of 2007, their first Christmas together. the time when he bring all his courage to enter a jewelry store to bought a ring for her. because it is his first time, he didn't know what type of ring a girl would like. so, he spent almost 3 hours finding a proper ring. and that night, out of nowhere, he got a romantic gesture in him and kneel in front of her. everything started to become clear to him. and he knows, she still have some feelings towards him. but, he still haven't figure out what tomorrow is.

He's about to ask about the ring when EunShi suddenly wears it back. she takes off her earphone and starts packing her stuff back. realizing someone is watching her, she turns her head.

EunShi: Mwo?
Kibum: Huh? uh, ani... (looks at his book back)
EunShi: Huh... (packs her bag back)
Kibum: (looks back)
EunShi: What now?
Kibum: Um, ya, about yesterday, the 'tomorrow' u said, it's today right?
EunShi: (stops) Uh, ye, yes...
Kibum: So, what's about today?
EunShi: (sighs) U haven't figure it out yet? tonight...
Kibum: Huh? What about it?
EunShi: Figure it out! work ur brain out!
Kibum: I did! but there's nothing about today! nothing!
EunShi: (stares) Nothing?
Kibum: Yeah, nothing! nothing at all!
EunShi: (sighs) U don't remember a thing?
Kibum: No! what is it??
EunShi: (closes eyes) Geesh.. today's the last chance, Kibum.
Kibum: (startled) Mwo? what? what just u call me?
EunShi: Huh? i said, Kibum. wae? that's ur name right?
Kibum: Ani, ani... u haven't...

>Bell rings<

EunShi: Anyway, (stands) last chance, Kibum, last chance..
Kibum: (stands) Stop! stop this!
EunShi: Huh?
Kibum: I don't understand a thing! stop it!
EunShi: I am. but not until tonight...
Kibum: What tonight? what today? what??
EunShi: U really don't know?
Kibum: No! i don't! and i don't want to!
EunShi: (shocked) U... u don't?
Kibum: No!! so stop telling me today, tonight, last chance and whatsoever! u're being weird again!! just like last year! and the year before that too! u came to me n said, two chances left, one chance left, don't u remember and stuff! what the hell is that?? stop it already!
EunShi: (silent)
Kibum: What? answer me!!
EunShi: (teary eyes) U... how could u...
Kibum: Uh... (startled) ya, i, i...
Class: (murmur, murmur) What happen? what's up with them?
EunShi: (picks her bag and wipe her eyes) Never mind. i'll wait. but remember, last chance Kibum. annyeong higaseyo. (walks out)
Sulli&Hyomin: (chases here) EunShi!!
Kibum: Uh?
Minho: (glares at Kibum and chases after EunShi as well)
Suzy: Kibummie? what happen?
Soojung: Gwenchanayo??
Kibum: Uh, no, nothing...

*Outside...

Sulli: EunShi! EunShi! wait up!!
Hyomin: Slow down!!
Minho: (runs past them and pull her hands) Ya.
EunShi: (looks away) Let me go.
Minho: (lets go) Are, are u ok?
EunShi: (nods)
Sulli: (catches breathe) Huhuhu... u run so fast...
Hyomin: Huhuhu... are u, are u ok?
EunShi: Ne... um, i gotta go. see u guys later. (walks away)
Sulli&Hyomin: Huh? EunShi!
Sulli: What's wrong with her??
Hyomin: I don't know... uh... i wonder if she's ok...

Minho looks at EunShi who's walking away. his heart feels so heavy. he's hurt by her words. he never saw her that cold. but still, he knows something is wrong with her. he heard EunShi's and Kibum conversation since he's not really sleeping. but still, he can't figure out what 'tonight' and 'last chance' that EunShi was talking about. even Kibum didn't know what it is. suddenly....

Onew: (taps Minho's shoulder) Minho? what're u doing here?
Minho: Uh? sunbae! (bows)
Onew: (smiles) What's the matter?
Minho: (shakes head) Nothing...
Onew: Really? oh, by the way, do u see EunShi?
Minho: She, she just left...
Onew: Eh? she did? that girl.. i told her to wait for me... (shakes head)
Minho: Oh...
Onew: Well then, shall we go home?
Minho: Oh? ne, ne...

Minho walks alongside Onew. he didn't know what to say to him. then...

Onew: Um, Minho, can i ask u something?
Minho: Huh? ne...
Onew: Do u, have girlfriend?
Minho: Huh? no i didn't...
Onew: (wide eyes) Really???
Minho: Ne...
Onew: Someone who as handsome as u are, didn't have one?
Minho: (shakes head) No...
Onew: Well... do u have someone that u like then?
Minho: (stops) Uh...
Onew: (turns) Huh? what's the matter?
Minho: (walks) No, nothing...
Onew: U have one?
Minho: (blush) Ani...
Onew: Eh... u do... (grins)
Minho: (blush and looks down)
Onew: Hmmm... is it someone i know?
Minho: Huh??? (blush harder) ah, no, no...
Onew: (startled) Really?
Minho: Uh...
Onew: Huhuhu... (pats him) u're a man after all...
Minho: Um... (blush again)
Onew: (sighs) Mianhaeyo, Minho-ah...
Minho: Huh? what for?
Onew: (bitter smile) Nothing... but still, mianhae..
Minho: Uh? u didn't do anything, sunbae...
Onew: Still... (sighs) i didn't know u have someone that u like... how long have u been liking her?
Minho: Uh? (blush) since two years ago...
Onew: Two years? wow... why didn't u just confessed to her?
Minho: Uh? i, i just met her recently...
Onew: Huh? (suspicious) u said...
Minho: I've been liking her since then. but i only saw her once. i didn't even get to talk to her two years ago.
Onew: Once? then, u only met her recently??
Minho: (blush) Ne...
Onew: Hmmm... by two years ago... do u mean, the wedding?? because u came back here this year right?
Minho: Huh? yeah...
Onew: Then she's here??
Minho: (blush and nods)
Onew: Mind if i ask, who is it??
Minho: Uh... (blush) i think i shouldn't tell u...
Onew: And why is that??
Minho: U'll get mad if i do... (blush)
Onew: Really? (grins) i think i know why... (smirks)
Minho: Uh, sunbae... (blush)
Onew: Aigoo... (shakes head) u should just told me so... aigoo... (laughs)
Minho: (blush) U, u're not mad?
Onew: Why should i?? (laughs again and pats his back) aigoo...
Minho: (blush harder) Please, please don't tell her...
Onew: Hahaha... don't worry... (pats his back more) hehehe... (grins)
